!!...I Truly Cherish our Friendship

Friends so quickly come
And friends sometimes go,
But if a friendship is true
It will always continue to grow.

For the qualities of a friend
Are too many to describe,
But one thing is certain
They're never hard to find.

F	Faithful and forgiving
R	Reliable as well as receptive
I	Influential and inspiring
E	Educated as well as expressive
N	Natural and nonconforming
D	Daring as well as determined
S	Sensible and sharing
H	Honest as well as humorous
I	Indifferent and individualistic
P	Positive as well as patient

Always remember that
Friends have feelings too,
Don't forget little things that matter
Like saying please, and thank you.

They often do so much
To help us out everyday,
Which is definitely why
Friends are needed in every way.

So take not for granted
The qualities of your friends,
For you never know
When you may see them again.

!!!...Love & Marriage

What is Love and What is Marriage

A student asked a teacher, "what is Love?"

The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the wheat

field and choose the biggest wheat and come back.

But the rule is: -

you can go through them only once & cannot turn back

to pick."

The student went to the field, go thru first row, he saw one big wheat,

but he wonders....may be there is a bigger one later.

Then he saw another bigger one... but may be there is an even bigger

one waiting for him.

Later, when he finished more than half of the wheat field, he starts to

realise that the wheat is not as big as the previous one he saw, he

knew he has missed the biggest one, and he regretted.

So, he ended up went back to the teacher with empty hand. The teacher

told him, "...this is love... you keep looking for better ones, but

when later you realise, you have already missed the person ...."

"What is Marriage then?" the student asked:

The teacher said, "in order to answer your question, go to the corn

field and choose the biggest corn and come back. But the rule is: you

can go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick."

The student went to the corn field, this time he is careful not to

repeat the previous mistake, when he reach the middle of the field, he

has picked one medium sized corn that he felt satisfied, and came back to

the

teacher.

The teacher told him, "this time you bring back a corn.... you look for

one that is just nice, and you have faith and believe this is the best

one you get.... this is marriage."

Holding back the tears that are dying to come out

Nobody can know that I still think of you

We're over, there's nothing left of us

So why are the tears starting to fall?

It isn't supposed to be this way at all

We said our goodbyes, supposably moved on

You don't want anything to do with me

So why are you in my thoughts?

We fought all the time, non-stop

You always called me names

Made me feel guilty for everything

So why do I still need you?

I'm the one who chose to end it

I thought that was what I wanted

It was better off that way for both of us

So why do I still love you?

I won't let anyone know my feelings of you.

Nobody can know that I'm still loving you.

Please Lord, forgive me for I have sinned.

I've committed the biggest crime:

I'm missing you.

...Time & Love

Once upon a time there was an island where all the feelings lived;
happiness, sadness, knowledge, and all the others, including love.

One day it was announced to all of the feelings
that the island was going to sink to the bottom
of the ocean. So all the feelings prepared
their boats to leave.

Love was the only one that stayed. She wanted
to preserve the island paradise until the last
possible moment. When the island was almost
totally under, love decided it was time to leave.

She began looking for someone to ask for help. Just then
Richness was passing by in a grand boat. Love asked,
"Richness, Can I come with you on your boat?"

Richness answered, "I'm sorry, but there is a lot of silver and gold
on my boat and there would be no room for you anywhere."

Then Love decided to ask Vanity for help who was passing in a
beautiful vessel. Love cried out, "Vanity, help me please."

"I can't help you", Vanity said, "You are
all wet and will damage my beautiful boat."

Next, Love saw Sadness passing. Love said,
"Sadness, please let me go with you."

Sadness answered, "Love, I'm sorry but I just need to be alone now."

Then, Love saw Happiness. love cried out,
"Happiness, please take me with you."
But Happiness was so over overjoyed
that he didn't hear Love calling to him.

Love began to cry. Then she heard a voice say, "Come Love, I will take
you with me." It was an elder. Love felt so blessed and overjoyed that
she forgot to ask the elder his name. When they arrived on land the
elder went on his way. Love realized how much she owed the elder.

Love then found Knowledge and asked. "It was Time", Knowledge
answered. "But why did Time help me when no one else would?",
Love asked. Knowledge smiled and with deep wisdom and
sincerity, answered, "Because only Time is capable of
understanding how great Love is."
